Sales Manager (销售经理)

工作地点 Location:上海

SUMMARY

The Sales Manager will be responsible for spares and repair sales growth and the influence and managing of airlines and MRO customer accounts including establishing growth strategies, budgets, sales forecasts, competitive analysis and the tailoring of customer support programs, thus ensuring that AAR remains competitive in the aviation market.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for realizing the committed revenue targets set by the organization through promoting the company‘s products to customers.
Identify and develop sales opportunities for company’s complete range of products and services.
Build customer relationships with key players and working levels in the customers‘ organization.
Formulate and articulate new business opportunities identified from customer information and problem resolutions.
Grow and expand company’s market share in the regions covered, thus maintaining existing customers‘ relationships and developing new customer bases.
Provide sales territory forecasts on a quarterly / annual basis.
Travel is required.
All other duties as assigned by the Sales Directors.

Requirements:

A Bachelor/Post Graduate Degree or equivalent from a recognised university.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in aviation industry.
Strong planning and supervisory skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Initiative, self-motivated, driven and result oriented;
Able to lead and work independently as a well as a good team player.
Proficient in both written and spoken English
